Description

Selling an Antique RW Rudolstadt Porcelain Vase with Double handles, Hand Painted Morning Glory Flowers and Gold accents. No chips or cracks. Has not been cleaned. Some of the gold on the handles is worn off in spots. There is a visible mould mark from when the porcelain was poured on the sides but it is smooth and only noticeable if you are looking for it. This is a piece of porcelain made by the Rudolstadt Porcelain Factory in Rudolstadt, Thuringia, Germany. The factory was founded in 1760 and is known for its high-quality porcelain. The mark on the bottom of the piece, "R.W. Rudolstadt," is the factory's mark, used between 1891 and 1918. The crown above the mark indicates that the piece was made for the royal court.
